Freylt has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing of environmental technology systems for the treatment of wastewater and the recycling of wastewater from a variety of vehicle types. Freylt customizes our “Water Treatment Solutions” to provide an environmentally friendly way of protecting the environment, by using a “closed loop reclaim system”, that treats the water so it can be REUSED, to extract out the grass/dirt and chemicals.
The concerns of many Superintendents is the rotting slurry of grass clippings. These clippings cause a serious odor, especially in summer, but Freyilt has taken a different approach to our competitors and has a solution that mitigates odor build ups.
The core to being able to drastically reduce rotting grass odors is to separate the grass comprehensively from the water. Competitors use a grinder pump, that tends to produces a slurry which is both hard to screen out and when falls into the wheel barrow, is a watery slurry, that is hard to dispose of.
Freyilt has taken a different approach and does not chop or grind up the grass clippings, but uses a Vortex style pump. This pump lifts all the grass, leaves, twigs, and even golf balls, up to the fine Stainless Steel screen.
As can be seen from the above pictures, Freyilt is able to effectively screen out the grass clippings. By not chopping up these clippings, the water is exceptionally low in green chlorophyll color, and this, with the drastic reduction is grass clippings being sent for further processing, enables the Freyilt Reclaim System to more effectively perform the functions of both “filtration” and “degerming” of the water.

The Freylit Recycling System functions totally automatically and will both top up the water tanks when needed, due to evaporation and drive off, or exit clean processed water in the event of heavy precipitation on the wash pad.
